Rental requirements
All students, people with social and nursing occupations are warmly welcome at our Apian Apartment House. This includes those currently in training for the aforementioned professions. The apartments can be rented commission-free at any time, while stocks last.

Apian Apartment House is a modern residence for students and trainees that offers comfort and style. It is the ideal place to enjoy a safe and pleasant environment while studying.
Due to its location in the north of Munich, both the university locations in the city center and the campus in Garching of the Technical University of Munich are easily accessible.
